For subscription questions, include whether you bought an individual plan or a family plan. If you are using Family Sharing, purchases can sometimes take a little time to appear for other family members after restoring purchases.
For privacy questions, the short version is simple: Sandflow does not require an account, does not sell your data, and is designed around explicit tracking that you configure through Apple Shortcuts.
